The Barnwood Project

You might be asking yourself, “What the heck is the Barnwood Project?” -You would be right to ask yourself this, as it is quite intriguing.

The Barnwood Project is our barrel aged series of beers. Right now we are working with Buffalo Trace™ Whiskey Barrels.

Batch 01: What happens when you take our very own Rye-Bullock Rye IPA and age it in the aforementioned Buffalo Trace™ whiskey barrel for over a year? You get any rye and whiskey lover’s dream. If you didn’t get a bottle of this while we had it at the brewery, then we are sorry to say, that you missed out.

Batch 02: (coming soon) We took the beloved Oats N’ Hoes Oatmeal Stout and and aged it in Buffalo Trace™ Whiskey Barrels. What we got was an Oatmeal Stout, with the smoothest whiskey finish, that even non-whiskey lovers enjoy.
