This blonde ale is all about the Habañero peppers grown on our farm. It’s low enough on the Scoville scale that most can enjoy it, but high enough that the delicious habañero flavor is there to enjoy.
We used Calypso as our finishing hops for a little fruity aroma to go with the floral aroma of the peppers. Don’t be such a sissy, just try it!
